faq main image1. How can I place a reprographics order?

Email your drawings with the following details:

  • Quantity
  • Black and White or Colour
  • Folded/Rolled
  • Any other special Instructions
  • Address Details
  • Invoice Details

2. How do I process a payment for reprographic services?

We will send an invoice with your plans and you can either pay by cheque or by online banking. All details for making a payment will be on your invoice.

3. PDF Prints

We can print from PDF’s. You will just have to let us know the paper size and the scale and we will format the drawing appropriately.

4. Delivery and Postage Charges and timescales

faq imageFor all orders received before midday we aim to post the same day. We normally charge a nominal postal charge dependent upon the quantity’s and again charge a delivery cost dependent upon your destination postcode. Please see below for standard postage and packaging charges (please note that these can be variable and should only be used a a guide)

  • 1-10 copies - £4.50
  • 1-100 copies - £As above but an extra 35p per drawing copy.
  • For drawings posted in tubes, please add an additional £2.50 per 12 copies
